Refunds and Returns Policy
Neverland Sales (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Neverland Sales”) treats its business very seriously and makes every effort to be fully transparent at all times. Accordingly, we have developed a Refunds and Returns Policy to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you with respect to refunds and returns.
If goods purchased from Neverland Sales are deemed faulty upon delivery, it is the consumer's responsibility to contact Neverland Sales immediately. Consumers will be eligible for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving said faulty goods. Goods damaged due to wear and tear beyond the 30 day period will not be refundable or exchangeable.
You are responsible for any fees incurred when returning goods to us. The goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are lost in transit or that are returned to us in error. For exchanges, Neverland Sales will charge an additional $5.00 AUD in order to reship.
For purchases from deal sites:
Refund/ returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Neverland Sales is not responsible for return postage fees. All items bought via deal sites will be shipped via regular post and will not be given a tracking number. If the item does not arrive due to an incorrect address, Neverland Sales will charge an additional $5.00 AUD in order to reship.
Neverland Sales does not accept returns or give refunds for the following products for hygiene reasons :
- Beauty products and fragrances;
- Hosiery and leggings;
- Intimates ie. underwear, bras, swimwear and shapewear items with a gusset;
- Pierced jewellery and hair accessories.
Your entitlement to a refund
All returns and exchanges for purchases from Neverland Sales must be made in 30 days of receipt of the item. You will be entitled to a refund/exchange where:
- you have changed your mind about your purchase, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (Change of Mind Returns);
- the product is faulty or damaged (Faulty/Damaged Returns)
- the product is not fit for the purpose that products of that kind are commonly bought;
- the product does not match the sample or description advertised on our website; or
- we are required to do so under any relevant laws.
In the event that you believe that any of the above apply to you and consequently, you believe that you are entitled to a refund/ exchange, you must provide us with:
- your full name and address;
- the original order number;
- the reason for claiming the refund.
- products purchased from other sites and redeemed through this site.
Returning products to us
Please consider other alternatives before returning products to us, such as using the product as a gift.
If you wish to return products to us, you must notify Neverland Sales through the “Contact Us” section of the Website within seven days of receiving the products. Claims for returns made outside this time period will be at the discretion of Neverland Sales.
Once your request to return a product has been processed and accepted, you will be provided with email confirmation authorising the return. You must include a copy of this confirmation email when you return the products to us.
Condition of returned products
All products must be returned new and in the same condition as they were sent, with labels attached, unworn, unused and not soiled or damaged.
We reserve the right to assess the condition of all returned products prior to offering a refund. This may result in a refund being refused by us, and the product being returned to you at your expense.
Return delivery charges
Return delivery charges are your responsibility. Neverland Sales is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. We recommend that you return products to us via registered mail. For Faulty/Damaged Returns, we will provide you with a Reply Paid address to return the products to us.
Providing refunds to you
After assessing the condition of the returned products and if your refund is approved, we will send you an email confirming that your refund has been issued.
For Change of Mind Returns, you will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the product only, excluding original delivery charges. Refunds will only be made upon the return of the product.
All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to purchase the products. There may be delays in the provision of the refund that may be caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 21 days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.
Out of stock products
We will notify you as soon as possible if a product in your order is out of stock. If your order was for a single product, the entire order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund of monies paid. If your order consists of multiple Products, we will remove the out of stock product from the order and refund the cost of the product only.
